Repairs have been completed to the District’s water well and full water production capacity has been restored in the public water system.

The Stage 1 – Mild Drought Voluntary Water Use Restriction condition has been terminated and you may return to normal water usage.

The Board of Directors appreciates your cooperation and also suggests that you continue to utilize water conservation measures that will extend the life of our limited natural resources and also save your money by reducing the cost of your water service. Notice of Public Hearing on Tax Rate

The Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 71 will hold a public hearing on a proposed tax rate for the tax year 2016 on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 71 Administrative Building located at 21437 Clay Road, Katy, TX. Your individual taxes may increase or decrease, depending on the change in the taxable value of your property in relation to the change in taxable value on all other property and the tax rate that is adopted.
