The Harris County MUD No. 71 Board of Directors was pleased to welcome Maida Guillen, with Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones’ Office, to our last Board meeting. Ms. Guillen stated that Commissioner Briones is conducting an ongoing listening tour to hear from residents throughout the precinct, including residents in MUD 71. Ms. Guillen also shared that Precinct 4 has a Community Assistance Department to provide a single phone number and e-mail address for all resident requests.
