Harris County MUD 71 is continually working to improve our community through the addition of Parks and Recreational facilities. These facilities are designed to enhance the overall neighborhood while providing enjoyment for its’ residents.

Our Administration/Community building is available for various events and community groups. If you are interested in using this building for an upcoming event, please click on the link below and fill out the reservation request form.

Administrative Building Information

Rental fee for HCMUD71 residents is $250.00 plus a $500.00 deposit for the Administration Building.

Regular Administrative Building hours and rental periods will be as follows:

Monday – Thursday
9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Friday – Saturday
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Sunday
9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Any exceptions shall be requested in writing and must be approved by the Board of Directors.
